I am proud to be a part of the 13th annual Nanaimo West Coast Women’s Show this year.  This is event showcases services, products, and information of interest to women.

Event details:

Saturday, March 3 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday, March 4 — 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Last year’s event welcomed over 4000 people who explored, learned, and shopped at the more than 80 booths in the event.   No matter what your interests, you are bound to find a treasure or two!

I’ll be speaking at noon on Sunday about managing stress, and I’ll share some tips about how to deal with feelings of being overwhelmed in our very busy lives – I’d love to see you there.
