Tomorrow marks the start of the 13th annual Nanaimo West Coast Women’s Show.

I am proud to be a part of this event both as an exhibitor and as a speaker.  Join me at noon on Sunday when  I’ll be sharing some tips and strategies about dealing with stress in these very busy times.
