Fall Tips – Immune Boosters and Support, How to Avoid Colds and Flu

Have you noticed people already are getting colds and flu?  I have and I for one do not want to have it, nor do I want to have the flu shot.  There are may reasons why I don’t want a flu shot, ultimately I believe I am healthy and I want my body to have a healthy immune system.  If our immune systems are healthy then they will be able to ward off the bugs and viruses.  Anytime I feel something I feel like I am fighting something I will support my body with Vitamins and some herbs plus have a detoxing salt bath, and have an Infrared Sauna plus, get some rest.

Vitamin C, Garlic, Vitamin D, Bifidophilus and herb combos like chinese formula IMM-C for regular support. When under attack and fighting I use Cat’s Claw, Silver Shield, HRP-C, Olive Leaf or Oregano Oil.
