Do you ever feel overwhelmed, out of control or stressed?

If you answered “no” you are amazing! Most of us feel it at some point to various degrees. There are many solutions.

Meditation can be one. There are many misunderstandings of meditation, like it’s what the hippies did back in the 60’s &  70’s peace love and all that stuff (I was to young for it). No, you don’t have to wear yellow or orange clothes or use incense or go up into the mountains, nor do you have to be of a particular religion or cult.  Actually, it can be practised by anyone, almost anywhere and anytime.  It is about stilling the mind or showing the mind who is the boss verses it’s busyness.
