3 Magical Ways to Be Blissful During Your Holidays

The holidays have officially started. And this year, I want to encourage you to have a really blissful holiday season, and so today I am sharing with you 3 magical ways to ensure that your holidays are blissful and joyous!

th1. Practice Gratitude – I have talked before about journaling 3-5 gratitude’s a day… it really is such a great way to bring more magic into your life. To get started, try writing about the great things that happened yesterday or even last week. With the days flying by so fast this time of year, sometimes it’s hard to recall last week, so by making this a daily practice you’ll not only have fun reflecting on all the good things in your life, but you’ll also be given a sense of fulfillment, and then gratitude for some things that have not yet arrived into your life. As you do this exercise daily, be aware of what starts to happen in your life.

2. Take time now and imagine how you would like to feel after the holiday season – For me, I would like to feel peaceful and fulfilled in the New Year. So, before that time comes, I will focus on what I do have and what I have control over presently in my life. I will avoid spending time on the things I don’t have control over or disappointments that may arise. In essence, I will look to see ways that I can maintain a high vibration this holiday season, and I invite you to do the same.

3. Use Essential Oils – Essential Oils are so powerful and can shift the energy in a room. These are not the same as a fragrant candle that is made from chemicals (even though you think the smell is nice). Essential oils are living structures. The woody oils work great, like pine, fir, cypress, for holiday scents by adding great vibes to any event, and adding to the cheer.

Have anything you’d like to add to this list? I’d love to hear from you, so leave a comment below letting me know your magical ways to add more bliss into your holidays. I’ll share some of my favorite ones over on Facebook!
