Are you wondering what I’ve been up to?

Growing, learning and of course having a little adventure too.

I am so excited because recently I was in Utah at a retreat for Women in Business. There were some amazing women there that are making a big impact in the world, and I was thrilled to spend time with them. I find attending these events feeds my soul and uplifts me.

I remember a few years back, for a long while I wanted to travel and experience life. (What can I say – I think it is in my blood because my mom was a woman who loved to serve her family, her community, and the world. There’s more to that story another time, because it is a dream she had that few knew and she never fulfilled and it is one that I will one day in her honor). OMG I can feel my heart expanding as I write this and the love drops in my eyes. I am feeling blessed by her! Wow! This was not expected…

If you have a desire in your heart, you can have it.

The desire can be manifested. I love this! It is not saying that you will just get it. That’s not the case. Usually there is some effort required and often times some support as well. To me, it means a raising of our consciousness. I think this is reflected greatly in this quote from Einstein “You can’t solve a problem with the same consciousness that created it.”

We all create shells around ourselves to not allow love in. Which means you aren’t being your best, nor are you allowing in the abundance into your life.

Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs (yes we all have them) do not allow for the flow of goodness. What is it that you are saying to yourself? What do you say about others in a judging non-positive way. Start paying attention to how you feel when you are saying negative things about yourself or another. Do you feel happy and joyful more envious.

There are some beliefs that you aren’t even aware of. When you are aware of them though, then you can release them.
