Practice gratitude
Practicing gratitude is a great way to start and end the day. When feeling a little stressed, unsettled, bored, or impatient while standing in line during holiday shopping, take a moment to breathe. Rather than feeling the irritation brewing, shift your focus and reflect what you are grateful for or looking forward to. I suggest doing this on a regular basis it helps us to shift our focus.It could be as simple as appreciating the nice decorations in your house, reflecting on a kind gesture someone extended your way, or thinking about the wonderful people you have in your life.
