It takes guts to live the life you desire

How often do you wish you had more guts to do some things? That thought is much more then just in your head and there is so much you can do! It’s not what you think it is.

Modern science is proving how there is so much to our guts and there is a much bigger connection between the guts and the brain then once thought. Did you know that 85-90% of your serotonin is produced in your guts. Therefore if your guts aren’t healthy then neither is your “happy”.

 

 

Your biome is an important aspect to your guts. This has only more recently come to light with scientific research. The microbiome is the healthy bacteria in your body and your guts. Unfortunately, this healthy bacteria is being attacked daily through poor diet, nutrient deficient foods, environmental toxins, and lifestyle stress. You may be eating a good diet, however your body may not be assimilating the nutrients correctly.

Signs of poor biome are gas, bloating, inability to loose weight, poor sleep, hormonal imbalances, poor concentration, joint pain, blood sugar imbalance, inflammation, depression and anxiety to list a few.
