Is Your Body Whispering or Screaming?

I have observed over the last month that more people are mentioning that they are feeling stuck, that life is a struggle, and that they battling sickness. Is this you?

These are signs of an imbalance in the body. An imbalance can occur when you are so busy with life that you are not taking the time to listen to your body.  These signs don’t always scream out at you, rather they are whispers. What is a whisper? It is the body’s wisdom trying to get your attention and speak to you. First the body will be quietly trying to get your attention – a minor ache or pain, maybe tiredness. Often this might go on ignored for a period of time while you might think it will just go away. However, most often it will get worse and other symptoms start to present themselves. This is a sign that your health is degrading, and if left unaddressed, the body screams louder as the symptoms worsen.

Even when everyone around is getting sick it should not be generally accepted that you will get sick, too. If your immune system is strong, you are in balance, you are keeping stress under control, and you are getting proper rest, then chances are much greater that you won’t get sick. Adding a supplement to your daily routine if you start to feel a sniffle coming on can be just the support you need to halt symptoms.

If you are feeling stuck in some other aspect of life, I encourage you to view this time as another opportunity to question what is happening in your life. Ask yourself what is the learning here?
