Regardless of which camp you find yourself in, you are not alone. Over 30% of people are sleep deprived – it’s an epidemic. A lack of sleep is a precursor to pre-mature aging as well as it creates havoc on long-term health. The only way it can get better is by taking charge and by changing what we are doing. There are countless steps we can implement to be less overwhelmed: getting a good night’s sleep is just one of them.
