Regardless of which camp you find yourself in, you are not alone. Over 30% of people are sleep deprived – it’s an epidemic. A lack of sleep is a precursor to pre-mature aging as well as it creates havoc on long-term health. The only way it can get better is by taking charge and by changing what we are doing.
