Inspiration – Food for the Soul

Where do you find inspiration? For me, I love the outdoors, being in nature. Maybe it has something to do with growing up on a farm with animals and not having many friends nearby.Airplane-Flying-through-the-Clouds-C10101272

I also love the smells of my beautiful roses. The scent makes my heart sing; I feel it soften and expand.

My morning runs along the beautiful harbor is a source of inspiration and awe. Plus it’s a great way to feed my soul. Bringing the dawn of a new day. What do you have for a morning ritual to feed your soul?

Flying in a plane allows for new perspectives, new ways of viewing life, and various projects when you are at 30,000 feet. It gives a sense of expansion and limitless opportunity. An opportunity to practice intention to have a great safe flight with good passengers. It works. I always have good flights, with good people.

What places feed your soul?

Ahhhh… soulfood… Sooo important to me! Some of my favorite soulfood is: walks along my “secret meadow”, cuddles with my sweet fur babies, and basking in the sunshine! 🙂

I love these questions Tammy, thank you!

Getting married in Hawaii recently I experienced the profound effect a warm, beautiful environment can have on a soul. Like a cozy blanket of love wraps up my skin, while my eyes get to snack on the most beautiful feast of colours. Not to mention flowers falling from trees into my hair on simple walks to the grocery store 🙂

Hmmm SO many places I’ve been but not many can compare to the waterfront feeling, when there is humidity in the air and the fresh smell of healthy life bursting forth. This feeds my soul, as it is so important to do <3

  4. I love this topic 😉 Oooh ooh ooh! I love Greece! The oil, the wine, the beaches, and the men! That’s why I am leading a Greek Goddess Rockstars Retreat in Santorini this fall October 1-10, 2014! http://www.aphroditeuniversity.org/greek-goddess-retreat

I am doing this because I am insanely obsessed with Greece and had to bring my friends here. I did a collage about it 5 years back and it is all happening now, which is why I believe in pursuing magic, passion, and doing vision boards! Thanks for the pinkspiration!!!

I’m so excited to be heading to the lake for a week! Serious soul recharge ahead! I’ll be off the grid, living in a tent, and really getting to ground back in. It’ll be magical!

The beach is my favorite place to recharge my soul. Next week I’ll have a full week of beach time – yay! On a daily basis my bike rides to work connect me to the joy and pleasure of being alive in this physical body.

  7. Beautiful! The sun feeds my soul! Anywhere sunny I am happy. Am I actually love sitting at my desk too 😛
