Giving Thanks

Giving “thanks” forces the mind to see what is good and in turn can provide you with those “feel good” emotions that will help to draw you away from negativity.  

Next time when someone does something for you, notice how you feel after saying “thanks”. You should notice a lightness in your being.
Giving thanks and the simple act of smiling help to open our heart chakra.
This enhances our energy vibration and has the amazing power to change how we feel and see things.

Next time if you are feeling off kilter, try thinking of 5-10 things that you can be grateful for and see how you feel at the end of it.
It is also beneficial to smile while doing the gratitude.
The simple act of doing daily gratitude each morning is a great way to set the tone for the day.
