Over 30 % of people suffer with lack of or poor, broken sleep patterns. There are a variety of reasons why people suffer with lack of sleep. It is not normal or healthy in the long-term to have inadequate sleep.
Unfortunately, many people are unaware that lack of sleep affects more then just today, there are a variety of long-term implications such as weight gain, high blood pressure and changes in mood, just to name a few.
There is so much that can be done to improve your sleep. Creating a positive sleep environment, reducing stress and meditation are a few of the small steps you can take to make an overall difference.
One of the sad things is many people are sleep deprived, and completely unaware of it, as this has just become a “way of life”.
