Three ways of being kind to your heart:
1. Give appreciation to yourself and your heart; so often we are busy, busy doing, going and seldom take time to breathe and appreciate all our bodies do. Be kind to yourself.
2. Giving or doing something nice for someone else, because you want too. Science has proven when we practice being loving and kind to another, our heart relaxes on an energetic level and expands. This can be measured with a new process called (MEG) magnetoencephalography.
3. Living a healthy lifestyle, with a healthy diet, exercise and a massage to de-stress and calm the body and mind.
“The moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body.” – Bruce Lipton
In the book “Biology of Belief” Bruce Lipton talks about how genetics is only a small determining factor of our health and in fact our beliefs and lifestyle play a much larger role in our lives that we acknowledge. We are seeing more of that in modern science; we now have more choice.
“For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.” – Judy Garland
