3 Tips to Spring Cleaning to Melt Away Stress

1. Start to become aware of the mind chatter, that little voice in your head, the automatic negative thoughts. The economy is so bad and business is so slow? I wish (insert thought) wasn’t this way.

2. Re-frame the automatic negative thought. Instead ask yourself “what can I do differently?” “What could I learn from this?” Or say, “I have gotten through other obstacles; I will get through this and succeed.” Then be open to see new opportunities.

3. Inhale some essential oils to help with the mind chatter, by focusing on the scent.

Blend – “Letting Go”

I have been asked by clients for a “Letting Go” blend.

Letting Go blend of Essential Oils is a pleasant uplifting, clearing lemony scent that helps to break up old energetic patterns, aids in eliminating toxins when used on the body or inhaled; it is also soothing to the mind and emotions. It can also be used to purify the air.

   $9.95 for 5 ml

Three ways to use Letting Go Blend:

1. In a bath add 2-3 drops to 1 cup of Epsom Salt and soak, allowing your mind and body to relax.

2. Diffuse it in the air so the scent will fill the room.

3. Sniff the top of the bottle or put a drop on a tissue and inhale when you are working changing your mind chatter.

It´s so wonderful to see your advice on using essential oils to melt away stress. I just love essential oils so much. To me essential oils are a way in which we can connect with Pachamama when we are not out in the countryside or in green areas and they are so healing. Thank you love! XO
