Time to Re-fuel and Re-focus for Fall?

With school back in and the days getting shorter, now is a great time to revisit your goals for the year, or maybe it’s time to create some new ones for this next cycle until the end of 2015.

1. What turns you on and excites you, gets your juices rolling, makes you feel good? That when you come to the end of the year you will say, “That was amazing!” or, “Wow, I stretched and went for it!” Often people get comfortable in life and end up in a rut and don’t even realize it until something shakes them awake. Yes, it could be an earthquake, devastating fires as we have seen lately, or some other sort of loss where life is forever changed. What do you desire?

2. Re-visit routines. Is it time to change some of your routines? Maybe try something new. This can be fun and invigorating. Maybe it is taking a new class or learning a new skill.

3. Take time for yourself to reflect not only with your head but also your body. How does it feel? Be aware of where you sense your energy is in your body. What does it feel like? What is your energy level like? Is it as high as you would like or have you been feeling more tired or exhausted? These are all messages to be paying attention to and it is time to take action. There are several things you can do to gain more energy. Also, be curious as to what is causing the low energy as there can be several factors. Pay attention, you are being guided, what is it telling you?

    I am experiencing health issues. The other day I was feeling sorry for myself, and suddenly remembered that I know how to use spiritual guidance through muscle testing and asked my daughter to help. She chose instead to use my crystals (also great helpers!) to check out the 3 pieces of paper I wrote on as possible causes. This was to help narrow down the search for a remedy. Much as I suspected it was a medication I’m taking to ward of damaged nerve pain. So I’m ready to do an experiment we discussed. I am going to talk to the nerves, help them to heal. And I’m going to stop taking the medication. Being sure of my connection to the whole, that is my goal.
    I also went through my Bach Flower remedies from Findhorn – they do the flowers essences there themselves. I must say, every time I get near that box, I feel a lovely energy from them. So I have picked out some to blend for myself.
